On our journey with our precious, premature twins we wanted to share the experience and look back at how far we'd come. After one week of bed rest I had a C-section and we became parents of micropreemies. Our son and daughter came home in July 2009, after nearly 4 months in the NICU. With an incredible amount of hope, faith and love we are taking it a day at a time and sometimes half a day at a time. This is our Emma-Lucian.

I can't believe so many days have passed since I last wrote. Lucian comes home tmrw or friday... he will need a monitor and oxygen just in case he has any breathing difficulties due to his chronic lung disease. Wish us luck! :)
Finally . This is what you and Adam and the family have been waitig for. Were so happy to hear your good news.
