On our journey with our precious, premature twins we wanted to share the experience and look back at how far we'd come. After one week of bed rest I had a C-section and we became parents of micropreemies. Our son and daughter came home in July 2009, after nearly 4 months in the NICU. With an incredible amount of hope, faith and love we are taking it a day at a time and sometimes half a day at a time. This is our Emma-Lucian.

Emma has an infection again. It was so weird seeing her intubated again after all this time. She quickly went from cannula to c pap to intubation. I'm so scare, there are really no words to describe it. It's been a tumultuos fathers day.
I am so sorry to hear about Emma. I will keep her in my prayers. Please let me know if you need anyting.
