On our journey with our precious, premature twins we wanted to share the experience and look back at how far we'd come. After one week of bed rest I had a C-section and we became parents of micropreemies. Our son and daughter came home in July 2009, after nearly 4 months in the NICU. With an incredible amount of hope, faith and love we are taking it a day at a time and sometimes half a day at a time. This is our Emma-Lucian.

Emma is still in the hospital. They took away all the monitors she was on and she's no longer in ICU status. Hopefully she will be discharged early tomorrow.
